01 Booking & cancellation
How do I book a room?
You can book directly on our website through the booking widget at the top of any page — it takes you to our reservation partner (alirenemykonos.reserve-online.net) where you'll see live availability and rates. You can also email us at info@alirenemykonos.com or call +30 22890 26708 and we'll handle it personally.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is generally available up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made later than this, or no-shows, may be charged the first night or the full stay depending on the rate you selected. Non-refundable rates (early-bird, special offers) have stricter conditions — these are always shown clearly before you confirm.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a 30% deposit is taken at booking to guarantee your reservation. The balance is settled on arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and most major credit cards.
Are there minimum stay requirements?
In high season (July and August) we ask for a minimum of 3 nights. Outside high season there is no minimum — one night is welcome.
02 Arrival & check-in
What are your check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: by 11:00
Early check-in and late check-out can usually be arranged subject to availability — let us know in advance and we'll do our best.
What documents do I need on arrival?
A valid passport or national ID card for each guest is required by Greek law. We register every guest at check-in — this takes a minute.
What if I arrive late at night?
No problem — please let us know your estimated arrival time the day before so we can be ready to welcome you. Late arrivals are common and we keep someone on duty until late.
03 Your stay
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is optional and can be added at booking or on arrival — a Greek breakfast served in the garden, with fresh fruit, yogurt, honey, breads, cheeses, and cold cuts. Coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice are always free.
Is there a pool? Is it open year-round?
Yes — a quiet outdoor pool set in the garden, with sun-loungers and umbrellas. The pool is open from late April through October, with the warmest swimming from June to September.
Is Wi-Fi free? How is the connection?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free throughout the property — fibre-backed, fast, and reliable in every room and around the pool.
Are children welcome?
Yes — children of any age are welcome. The Superior Family Room sleeps up to four (25 m²) and the Patio Deluxe Suite sleeps up to five (38 m², with an indoor attic) — both ideal for families. Extra beds or cots can be added to most rooms for a small fee. We're also happy to recommend restaurants and beaches that work well for kids.
Are pets allowed?
Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome (under 10 kg) with prior notice and a small nightly fee. Please mention your pet when booking so we can prepare.
Do you have parking?
Yes — free private parking on the property, usually one space per room. No reservation needed.
04 Getting here
How far are you from the airport and the port?
- Mykonos airport (JMK) — about 5 km / 12 minutes by car.
- New Port (Tourlos) — about 7 km / 15 minutes by car.
- Old Port (Hora) — about 5 km / 12 minutes.
Can you arrange airport / port transfers?
Yes — we can arrange a private transfer in advance. Approximately €45 each way from the airport, €40 from the New Port. Let us know your flight or ferry details when booking.
Do I need a car on Mykonos?
A car or scooter makes Mykonos much easier — the beaches are spread out and taxis can be hard to find in high season. We're happy to recommend a local rental agency and can have a car waiting at the property for you on arrival.
05 Services & extras
Can you recommend restaurants and beaches?
Of course — that's part of what we do. We have a small printed guide in every room with our favourite quiet tavernas, the best beaches by time of day, and the local spots that aren't on Tripadvisor. Ask us at check-in and we'll point you to whatever fits your day.
Do you organise private events or weddings?
On a small scale, yes — the garden and pool area suit intimate gatherings (up to about 30 guests). For weddings or elopements we work with a small group of local florists and chefs. Write to info@alirenemykonos.com to discuss.
Can you arrange a private chef, in-room dining, or yacht charters?
Yes — a private chef can be arranged at the pool for sunset dinners; in-room or in-suite dining is available on request; we partner with local skippers for half-day or full-day yacht charters around Delos and Rhenia. Email us at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you offer laundry / dry cleaning?
Yes — same-day laundry if dropped off by 09:00, dry cleaning takes 24–48 hours. Price list available at reception.
