The Superior rooms — twelve in all, each between twenty and twenty-four square metres — open onto the Mykonian countryside. Low stone walls and the cloistered garden keep the world at a polite remove. Inside, hand-woven linens, a writing desk in chestnut, and a marble basin lit by the warm morning sun.
White walls take the morning sun and hold it through the long afternoon. A small private balcony sits between the room and the countryside — a place to read, to drink coffee, to do nothing well.
